Every guide bought from the HowMedWorks store comes with a code that unlocks that guide's board here - its cards, its question bank and its mastery track - whether or not you ever subscribe. Every guide you redeem adds a free week of everything.

- After the $7 week
- On day 8 your plan becomes $47/month. Cancel before then and you pay nothing more. The $7 covers the week either way.
- If you cancel
- Cancel from your dashboard any time before your renewal date and your plan will not renew. You keep full access until the end of the time you have already paid for.
- Guides you bought stay yours
- A guide unlocked with a code never renews and never expires. If your subscription ends, those guides stay unlocked. Only the ones you never bought lock again.
- Your progress stays
- Your answers and your gold cards belong to your account, not to your plan. If you stop subscribing you move to the free plan, and everything you earned is still there.
